Notes:
The LIV welcomes positive survey feedback, but looks forward to further meeting members needs. In November 2009 the LIV undertook a member satisfaction study. Using an independent research company, randomly selected members throughout Victoria participated in a telephone survey which canvassed their level of satisfaction about things such as LIV member benefits, publications, CPD programs, events and service levels.
