This may not include copies of documents made for the purposes of the practitioner -- Wills and estates - Inadvertent disclosure (R4648 - March 2010) The LIV?s Inadvertent Disclosure guidelines are intended to assist with determining the circumstances in which disclosed information can be used and when it should not be used.
