Notes:
Until recently it had been accepted practice that plaintiff lawyers involved in transport accident claims should not communicate with a witness who is a potential defendant to a transport accident. The LIV Ethics Committee found that this view was incorrectly based. This article discusses the issues in this ethics special issue.
