Personal injury - duty to other practitioner/duty to client (R4327 April 2006) - A practitioner may cease actng for a client for just cause and on reasonable notice to the client. ; Family law - undertakings (R4308 April 2006) - An undertaking may be frustrated if insufficient funds are retained in trust. ; Family law - conflict of interest / concurrent / successive (R4318 April 2006) - A firm that obtained relevant confidential information in acting on behalf of the husband in previous family law and Children's Court matters cannot act for the wife in Family Court matters. ; Wills and estates - privilege / confidentiality (R4334 April 2006) - Confidentiality and legal professional privilege are not breached by a firm handing over a client's file to an executor following a grant of probate.
