While the garnish of debts is common - even mechanical - in the Magistrates Courtss, proceedings to garnish or attach debt in the Supreme Court are now rare. Yet this process of satisfying judgment debts is effective and efficient. Attachment orders are discretionary, however and procedure must be strictly complied with, This article gives the reader an insight into the procedure
