Notes:
There are so many marketable parcels of general law land in Victoria it could take 125 years to convert; a working party proposal could do it realistically in ten. The working party examined general law land in Victorian and a conversion to the Torrens title registration system. The article briefly discusses the working party's recommendation that an acclerated conversion plan be adopted to complete the task within ten years.
