There is a growing recognition of the effects of bullying in the workplace, which can be serious and, occasionally fatal. This article looks at when bulling is unlawful and what strategies can be taken to prevent bulling in the workplace ; Some of the headings in the article include:- ; Breach of common law, breach of Anti-discrimination legislation, Breach of occupational health and safety legislation, breach of Workers Compensation legislation, breach of Workplace Relations Act , amounts to criminal conduct, horseplay and joking, preventative strategies.
