Notes:
Recent years has seen debate regarding the most appropraite way for law graduates to gain practical training and expereince in the practice of law. An oversupply of law graduates has lead to two methods: traditional articles of clerkship and the Leo Cussen Institute's practical training program. A third approach has been suggested - to replace the present system with a combination of coursework and restricted practice, under supervision for a period of up to three years. The Law Institute canvassed the views of recent graduates for input into the planning process for the future
