Sexual harassment may not always constitute conduct justifying dismissal - harsh, unjust or unreasonable ; To protect themselves against claims for unfair dismissal, employers should have in place clear guidelines on sexual harassment which define it as misconduct warranting dismissal, and ensure their employees understand the guidelines and their consequences ; Lists both successful and unsuccessful applications for reinstatement or compensation for unfair dismissal ; Procedural fairness requirements
